Hey! My name is Ian, but most people call me E. I have always had a passion for baking, it’s something that seems to be deeply rooted in my family. Whether it was homemade cinnamon rolls at the cottage or toasted coconut banana bread in Barbados, a sweet of some sort was always within arm's reach. To this day, I think my Ama made the best chocolate chip cookies, among many of her other treats.

When the pandemic hit, like many others, I found myself searching for ways to stay busy. I decided I would try to create my "best" chocolate chip cookie recipe. For me, the perfect cookie has crispy edges with a soft, chewy middle. I began testing different recipes, making slight adjustments to the ingredients with each iteration. After many, many batches - documented in the pictures below - I arrived at the recipe I use today which I started selling near the end of 2023. Nevertheless, I'm always looking for ways to improve it when testing new flavours.

What started as a fun way to keep busy during Covid has grown into something that I’m proud to call mine. I hope you enjoy cookies as much as I do and thank you to everyone for the continued support!
