How do I order cookies and when do I get them?

Please send a direct message on Instagram or email ian@escookieco.com to place an order. Please note, availability is limited and orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Currently, cookies are available for order in half dozen or dozen quantities, allowing for up to two flavours per dozen. Orders will be ready for pickup 3-4 days after the order is confirmed.

How long do your cookies stay fresh?

Cookies are made fresh to order and best enjoyed within 3-5 days. Store them in an airtight container at room temperature to ensure freshness. You can also freeze the cookies for up to 3 months. Here's a tip: reheat cookies in the microwave and enjoy warm.

Are your cookies nut free?

Our store offers cookies made with tree nuts and while we take steps to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with tree nut allergies.

What is your favourite flavour?

Currently, my favourite is Dark Chocolate Skor, followed closely by Cinnamon Swirl. I also love Salted Caramel Pecan when I want both sweet and salty. It's hard to choose!

Can I place a large order for a special event?

Yes! Kindly email ian@escookieco.com with your request. Please note, custom packaging requires a lead time of 3-4 weeks.
